BlueCLI is an open-source, self-contained command-line client for the Sentinel dVPN network, and the first client in the ecosystem to integrate multi-hop routing.

Under 30 MB, portable, and designed to run from a folder or a USB stick.
BlueCLI brings direct on-chain sessions with a self-custodial wallet, with no system installation. The only requirement is Python.

Just create or import a wallet, pick a node, and go full tunnel with WireGuard or V2Ray.

Code is public. Anyone can audit it, fork it or build with it. Licensed under MIT.

WireGuard or V2Ray as a seamless full tunnel. Chain two V2Ray nodes so no single hop sees both who you are and where you go.

Unpack once on a pendrive.
Plug into any compatible machine, launch, connect. When you unplug, nothing is left on the host disk.

No registry keys, no services, no PATH changes. Everything lives in the folder you unpacked. Delete the folder (or unplug the USB) and it’s gone.

Download the Linux or Windows build (under 30 MB).
Extract it to a folder, or straight onto a USB stick.

Launch BlueCLI. Create a new 24-word wallet or import one. Set a password (AES-GCM). Write the words down. Fund the address with a little P2P.

Pick a node (or two for multi-hop), choose GB or hours, confirm.
You’re on the tunnel. Disconnect when done; normal networking is restored.

Multi-hop routes your traffic through two or more encrypted dVPN nodes in different locations instead of a single server. The entry node knows your real IP address but cannot see your destination, while the exit node sees your destination but never your real IP. This helps decoupling your identity from your online activity.

Nodes are hosted by an open, decentralized global community of independent individuals, community members, and micro-datacenter operators. Anyone in the world can set up a Sentinel node to monetize their unused bandwidth, ensuring that network infrastructure remains spread out across thousands of sovereign operators rather than owned by a single corporation.

Can I unblock geo-restricted content and streaming?

Yes. Traditional VPNs use known data-center IP ranges that streaming services easily block. Because VeilDVPN leverages Sentinel's residential IP network, your connection appears as regular home internet traffic, making it vastly superior at bypassing geo-blocks.

Can node hosts see or inspect my traffic?

No. All traffic is end-to-end encrypted on your device before reaching the node. Hosts only route scrambled packets and cannot inspect, decrypt, or log your online activity.

Is using a dVPN legal?

Yes. Using a dVPN is completely legal in the vast majority of countries, exactly like using a traditional VPN. It is simply an advanced privacy tool designed to encrypt your connection and secure your personal data.
